This magnificent Cohiba Maduro-5 Humidor was released in 2009 in the scope of the limited edition series and in the number of only 500 boxes. Each box contains 60 cigars of three Cohiba Maduro formats, which are characterized by a particularly dark wrapper. Maduro-5 cigars embody the best traditions of the dark Havana wrapper leaf. The manufacturing process begins with the selection of the thickest leaves from the uppermost part of tobacco plants; they reach their dark hues in the process of entirely natural fermentation, which requires 'ripening' stage to be equal to at least two years. To meet the high standards of the Cohiba brand this time was extended to five years. And that gives the cigars traditionally sweet and rounded flavor of Cohiba.

Each humidor contains:

- 20 Cohiba Maduro-5 Secretos (Ring Gauge: 40, Size: 110 x 15.87 mm) - the smallest of the three formats. Their size is enough for a light but very intense smoking experience.

- 20 Cohiba Maduro-5 Magicos (Ring Gauge: 52, Size: 115 x 20.64 mm) - these cigars have splendid classic flavour: wood, pepper and chocolate. The woodiness is noble; pepper is not harsh, but full-flavoured; chocolate isn't sickly sweet, but gives a wonderful aftertaste.

- 20 Cohiba Maduro-5 Genios (Ring Gauge: 52, Size: 140 x 20.64 mm) - these Cuban cigars have a wonderful aroma of spices, leather and summer sausages and a taste of wood with spices, rich in cheesy, herbal, chocolate and coffee beans nuances.
